Spoka Mascot

Easte and I have created a mascot for Spoka club. We haven't decided on a name yet, though. (name) has a different getup for each season. Picture references of her will be posted up soon.

Pet of Creek buddies

After our encounter with the common snapping turtle, me and maria decided to get a cool pet that we would "share" for the club. We wanted to get either a Pacman frog, baby turtle, or Roborovski dwarf hamster. In the end, we settled for the turtle.

Today we found a giant turtle

Today, me and maria went to the creek afterschool.


We found a giant turtle hiding in shallow water under a thorn brush, almost 1.5 feet long. It had claws, a long tail, and a smooth shell. It weighed a ton and was really hard to push. The turtle also tried to bite us. In the end, we left it alone.


Later, using the beautiful Wikipedia, we found out that it was an adult Common Snapping turtle.
